Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Go Rentals' web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Gitibin & Associates, LLC (together “Go Rentals”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”, “the Company”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy supplements our standard Privacy Policy and specifically applies to our employees, job applicants and/or any prospective employees, independent contractors, owners, officers, directors, and other personnel who fall within the human resources context.

Go Rentals holds a personnel file and computer records which contain data concerning a wide variety of matters. These include matters such as your application, references, bank details, and other personal details. In the course of carrying out its activities, Go Rentals will collect, store and otherwise process personal information of current, past and prospective employees, including you.

This Privacy Policy is in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”). We have updated our Privacy Policy as of January 2023.

For the purpose of understanding the California Privacy Policy and in accordance with Section 1798.140 of the CCPA, please see below for explanations on how the following terms are used in this policy.

    • “Personal information” does not include consumer information that is deidentified or aggregate consumer information.
  • “Sensitive Personal Information” is personal information that reveals:
    • 1(A) A consumer’s social security, driver’s license, state identification card, or passport number.
    • 1(B) A consumer’s account log-in, financial account, debit card, or credit card number in combination with any required security or access code, password, or credentials allowing access to an account.
    • 1(C) A consumer’s precise geolocation.
    • 1(D) A consumer’s racial or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs, or union membership.
    • 1(E) The contents of a consumer’s mail, email, and text messages unless the business is the intended recipient of the communication.
    • 1(F) A consumer’s genetic data.
    • (2) (A) The processing of biometric information for the purpose of uniquely identifying a consumer.
    • 2(B) Personal information collected and analyzed concerning a consumer’s health.
    • 2(C) Personal information collected and analyzed concerning a consumer’s sex life or sexual orientation.
    • (3) Sensitive personal information that is made lawfully “publicly available” is not considered sensitive personal information or personal information.
  • “You” and/or “Your” means a natural person who is a California resident seeking Our services within the state of California.
II. The Information We Collect About You

The personal information We collect will be limited to the following categories and We will not collect this information for additional purposes other than what is listed, without providing You with notice first. We will only keep Your Personal Information or Sensitive Personal Information for as long as is needed to accomplish the disclosed Business Purpose below.

  • Personal and household information, including name; contact information; date and place of birth; personal public service number; gender; education; signature; physical characteristics or description; and other background; civil status; bank account details; and any other information that is capable of being associated with, or may reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household;
  • Information relating to your job, such as position/title; company identification number; contact information; reporting lines; working hours; wages, benefits, compensation, expense and payroll details; other terms of your employment; job performance and related evaluative information; details of any applicable disciplinary action or investigation by the Company; details of any grievance raised by you and any resulting proceedings;
  • Information provided to Gitibin and Associates, LLC dba Go Rentals by you, or about you, relating to you or members of your household and other dependents.
  • Medical and health information specific to COVID-19, specifically your body temperature and whether you exhibit certain symptoms such as fever, chills, shaking chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, fatigue, body or muscle aches, headaches, new loss of taste or smell, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea, or loss of appetite; whether you have recently been in close contact with anyone who has exhibited any of these symptoms; whether you have recently been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19; whether you have recently been in contact with certain individuals without a face covering; whether you or anyone you have recently been in close contact with have recently traveled outside the United States; and, if applicable to control the spread of COVID-19, the identities and/or personal characteristics of any individuals who you have recently been in close contact, and any recent activities you did or places you visited outside of work; and
  1. Administering and maintaining personal records;
  2. Paying and reviewing salary and other remuneration and benefits;
  3. Providing and administering employee benefits;
  4. Maintaining and improving other employee administration and otherwise complying with its contractual obligations and management reporting requirements, including personnel administration, allocating work, and administration of employee expenses, IT or communications equipment, entertainment and internal and external employee directories;
  5. Carrying out performance appraisals and development reviews and monitoring compliance with contractual obligations, and policies and procedures that may be put in place by Gitibin and Associates, LLC dba Go Rentals from time to time;
  6. Providing information to Gitibin and Associates, LLC dba Go Rentals advisors, the relevant regulatory authorities and governmental and quasi-governmental bodies for tax, health and safety obligations, employment protection legislation, equal opportunities monitoring, immigration requirements, social security and other purposes;
  7. Recording the commission or alleged commission of any offence, or gathering information required to carry out disciplinary and grievances hearings and internal investigations (including reports, which may be submitted anonymously, made through any whistle blowing procedure);
  8. Maintaining, improving, and monitoring security;
  9. Storing, preparing and maintaining health records and any medical reports (to monitor sick leave, review sick pay, administer benefits and make decisions as to your ability to work, with or without a reasonable accommodation);
  10. Providing information to future purchasers of the Employer or and Group Company or of the business (es) in which the Employee works.
  11. Reducing the risk of spreading COVID-19 in and through the workplace and protect our employees, vendors, visitors and other individuals;

III. Your Rights

To show Our commitment to protecting Your privacy, We think it is important for You to know Your rights.

  1. The right to access your Personal Information and request certain Personal Information We have collected about you in the preceding 12 months including (a) the categories of Personal Information collected about you; (b) the categories of sources providing that Personal Information; (c) the categories of third parties with whom We have shared that Personal Information; and (d) the business purpose for collecting that Personal Information; and (e) the specific pieces of Personal Information we collect, use, disclose, and sell. You may make such a request up to twice in a 12-month span;
  2. The right to request we delete your Personal Information no longer necessary to fulfil our legal obligations or protect Our legal rights;
  3. The right not to receive discriminatory treatment for the exercise of your rights under CCPA.

Before completing your request, we may need to verify your identity or the identity of your authorized representative (discussed under Section V below). Please note that there are circumstances in which We may not be able to comply with your request pursuant to the CCPA, including when We cannot verify your request and/or when there is a conflict with Our own obligations to comply with other legal or regulatory requirements. We will notify you following submission of your request if this is the case, and;
  5. The right to limit use and disclosure of your Sensitive Personal Information. You have the right to limit our use of your Sensitive Personal Information to only necessary purposes in receiving our services, unless you allow us to use your Sensitive Personal Information for additional purposes. Please see “Disclosures” section for additional information on notice provided at or before collection of Your Sensitive Personal Information.
IV. Disclosures

We will provide notice before or at the time your Personal Information is collected. The notice will state the category of Personal Information we are collecting and why. We cannot collect or use your Personal Information for any other purpose than what we have disclosed in the notice.

V. Authorized Agents

You may appoint a person or business (registered with the California Secretary of State), by providing them with your written permission to exercise your rights under the CCPA on your behalf. We may deny a request from your authorized agent if the authorized agent cannot verify or provide proof that they are authorized by you. We may still require your verification of identity.

VI. Effective Date; Updates to Privacy Policy

The terms and conditions in this policy statement came into effect on January 1, 2023. The Company reserves the right to revise, amend, or modify this policy at any time and in any manner. When we change the policy’s terms, you will receive notification, along with the updated privacy policy. Your use of our web site and any other services provided by the Company after such changes are implemented constitutes your acknowledgement and acceptance of these changes.
