Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Go Rentals' web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- modify or copy the materials;
- use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
- attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Go Rentals' web site;
- remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
- transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Go Rentals at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

HUMAN RESOURCES DATA PROTECTION POLICY
Gitibin & Associates, LLC (together “Go Rentals”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”, “the Company”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy supplements our standard Privacy Policy and specifically applies to our employees, job applicants and/or any prospective employees, independent contractors, owners, officers, directors, and other personnel who fall within the human resources context.
Go Rentals holds a personnel file and computer records which contain data concerning a wide variety of matters. These include matters such as your application, references, bank details, and other personal details. In the course of carrying out its activities, Go Rentals will collect, store and otherwise process personal information of current, past and prospective employees, including you.
This Privacy Policy is in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”). We have updated our Privacy Policy as of January 2023.
For the purpose of understanding the California Privacy Policy and in accordance with Section 1798.140 of the CCPA, please see below for explanations on how the following terms are used in this policy.
- “Business Purpose” is the use of personal information for the business’s or a service provider’s operational purposes or other notified purposes.
- “Collects,” “Collected”, “Collection” means buying, renting, gathering, obtaining, receiving, or accessing any personal information pertaining to a consumer by any means. This includes receiving information, either actively or passively, or observing information from the consumer.
- “Consumer” is a natural person who is also a California resident.
- “Personal Information” is information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household.
- “Personal information” does not include publicly available information or lawfully obtained, truthful information that is a matter of public concern. For purposes of this paragraph, “publicly available” means: information that is lawfully made available from federal, state, or local government records, or information that a business has a reasonable basis to believe is lawfully made available to the general public by the consumer or from widely distributed media; or information made available by a person to whom the consumer has disclosed the information if the consumer has not restricted the information to a specific audience. “Publicly available” does not mean biometric information collected by a business about a consumer without the consumer’s knowledge.
- “Personal information” does not include consumer information that is deidentified or aggregate consumer information.
- “Sensitive Personal Information” is personal information that reveals:
- 1(A) A consumer’s social security, driver’s license, state identification card, or passport number.
- 1(B) A consumer’s account log-in, financial account, debit card, or credit card number in combination with any required security or access code, password, or credentials allowing access to an account.
- 1(C) A consumer’s precise geolocation.
- 1(D) A consumer’s racial or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs, or union membership.
- 1(E) The contents of a consumer’s mail, email, and text messages unless the business is the intended recipient of the communication.
- 1(F) A consumer’s genetic data.
- (2) (A) The processing of biometric information for the purpose of uniquely identifying a consumer.
- 2(B) Personal information collected and analyzed concerning a consumer’s health.
- 2(C) Personal information collected and analyzed concerning a consumer’s sex life or sexual orientation.
- (3) Sensitive personal information that is made lawfully “publicly available” is not considered sensitive personal information or personal information.
- “You” and/or “Your” means a natural person who is a California resident seeking Our services within the state of California.

The personal information We collect will be limited to the following categories and We will not collect this information for additional purposes other than what is listed, without providing You with notice first. We will only keep Your Personal Information or Sensitive Personal Information for as long as is needed to accomplish the disclosed Business Purpose below.

To show Our commitment to protecting Your privacy, We think it is important for You to know Your rights.
- The right to access your Personal Information and request certain Personal Information We have collected about you in the preceding 12 months including (a) the categories of Personal Information collected about you; (b) the categories of sources providing that Personal Information; (c) the categories of third parties with whom We have shared that Personal Information; and (d) the business purpose for collecting that Personal Information; and (e) the specific pieces of Personal Information we collect, use, disclose, and sell. You may make such a request up to twice in a 12-month span;
- The right to request we delete your Personal Information no longer necessary to fulfil our legal obligations or protect Our legal rights;
- The right not to receive discriminatory treatment for the exercise of your rights under CCPA.

Before completing your request, we may need to verify your identity or the identity of your authorized representative (discussed under Section V below). Please note that there are circumstances in which We may not be able to comply with your request pursuant to the CCPA, including when We cannot verify your request and/or when there is a conflict with Our own obligations to comply with other legal or regulatory requirements. We will notify you following submission of your request if this is the case, and;
- The right to limit use and disclosure of your Sensitive Personal Information. You have the right to limit our use of your Sensitive Personal Information to only necessary purposes in receiving our services, unless you allow us to use your Sensitive Personal Information for additional purposes. Please see “Disclosures” section for additional information on notice provided at or before collection of Your Sensitive Personal Information.
We will provide notice before or at the time your Personal Information is collected. The notice will state the category of Personal Information we are collecting and why. We cannot collect or use your Personal Information for any other purpose than what we have disclosed in the notice.
You may appoint a person or business (registered with the California Secretary of State), by providing them with your written permission to exercise your rights under the CCPA on your behalf. We may deny a request from your authorized agent if the authorized agent cannot verify or provide proof that they are authorized by you. We may still require your verification of identity.
The terms and conditions in this policy statement came into effect on January 1, 2023. The Company reserves the right to revise, amend, or modify this policy at any time and in any manner. When we change the policy’s terms, you will receive notification, along with the updated privacy policy. Your use of our web site and any other services provided by the Company after such changes are implemented constitutes your acknowledgement and acceptance of these changes.
